Aici nu este vorba despre companie, ci despre valoarea pe care evenimentul companiei o va aduce participan\u0163ilor. Ce nevoi adreseaz\u0103 evenimentul, ce solu\u0163ii aduce \u0219i ce probleme rezolv\u0103 pentru public? <\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cele mai importante \u00ee<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ntreb\u0103ri la care vre\u0163i s\u0103 g\u0103si\u0163i r\u0103spunsurile sunt:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De ce este important acest eveniment?<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De ce ar trebui ca lumea s\u0103 participe?<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ce valoare va aduce pentru participan\u0163i?<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Exist\u0103 multe motive pentru care oamenii particip\u0103 la evenimente corporate, dar cele mai importante sunt: <em>networking, educa\u0163ie \u0219i divertisment.<\/em> Cam toate celelalte sunt motive conexe acestor factori motivatori. Pentru ca un eveniment s\u0103 aduc\u0103 valoare pentru participan\u0163i, asigura\u0163i-v\u0103 c\u0103 \u00ee<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">n cadrul evenimentului \u00ee<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ncuraja\u0163i activit\u0103\u0163ile de networking, c\u0103 speakerii invita\u0163i sunt cei mai buni din domeniul lor \u0219i c\u0103 vor aborda subiecte potrivite temei evenimentului, \u0219i, foarte important, c\u0103 se creeaz\u0103 o atmosfer\u0103 prietenoas\u0103 \u00een care lumea se poate destinde. <\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nu am men\u0163ionat nimic despre m\u00e2ncare bun\u0103 \u0219i b\u0103utur\u0103 (a nu se \u00ee<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">n\u0163elege neap\u0103rat alcool), deoarece este de la sine \u00ee<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">n\u0163eles c\u0103 nu vre\u0163i s\u0103 v\u0103 \u00ee<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">nconjura\u0163i de o mul\u0163ime de oameni fl\u0103m\u00e2nzi \u0219i implicit nervo\u0219i. Personas sunt personaje fictive care caracterizeaz\u0103 participan\u0163ii la eveniment, adic\u0103 descriu clien\u0163ii cheie sau partenerii principali.
