Lansarea unui produs sau al unui serviciu nou? Se schimb\u0103 branding-ul companiei? Este extrem de important ca \u00een aceast\u0103 etap\u0103 s\u0103 se clarifice DE CE organiza\u0163i evenimentul, pentru ca toat\u0103 echipa de proiect s\u0103 \u00een\u0163eleag\u0103 \u015fi s\u0103 articuleze \u00eempreun\u0103 scopul.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><strong><em>BUGETUL evenimentului<\/em>.<\/strong> La momentul ini\u0163ierii proiectului, vor exista doar estim\u0103ri de buget. Vom prelua denumirea din limba englez\u0103, \u015fi anume \u201cT-shirt size estimates\u201d. Costul evenimentului va fi de dimensiune S, M sau L? Pentru estimarea bugetului, echipa ar trebui s\u0103 ia \u00een considerare num\u0103rul de invita\u0163i, loca\u021bia vizat\u0103, num\u0103rul de furnizori implica\u021bi etc. Un punct de plecare potrivit pentru estimarea unui buget ar putea fi evenimentele corporate din trecut.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><strong><em>ECHIPA \u0219i stakeholders<\/em>.<\/strong> Am men\u021bionat deja cuv\u00e2ntul \u201cechip\u0103\u201d de c\u00e2teva ori, deoarece ea va fi responsabil\u0103 pentru eveniment. Cine va fi sponsorul evenimentului? Nu ce companie, nu. Ce departament \u0219i ce persoan\u0103 va semna devizele \u0219i cine va pl\u0103ti facturile? Echipa de proiect trebuie s\u0103 desemneze un responsabil pentru fiecare din urm\u0103toarele activit\u0103\u0163i: planificarea \u0219i coordonarea evenimentului, marketing \u0219i comunicare, managementul furnizorilor, managementul bugetului, managementul riscului \u0219i, uneori, managementului tehnologiei. Ar putea dura o vreme p\u00e2n\u0103 la urm\u0103torul survey intern sau p\u00e2n\u0103 se vor analiza datele de reten\u0163ie. Crea\u0163i o list\u0103 de furnizori pentru loca\u0163ie, catering, divertisment, logistic\u0103, design, marketing \u0219i comunicare, activit\u0103\u021bi de teambuilding etc. \u00cen func\u021bie de dimensiunea \u0219i complexitatea evenimentului, aceast\u0103 activitate poate dura \u00eentre c\u00e2teva zile \u0219i c\u00e2teva s\u0103pt\u0103m\u00e2ni.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><strong><em>NEGOCIERE<\/em> \u015fi <em>CONTRACTARE<\/em>.<\/strong> Dup\u0103 identificarea furnizorilor potrivi\u021bi pentru evenimentul dumneavoastr\u0103, echipa trebuie s\u0103 cear\u0103 oferte pentru produsele \u0219i serviciile necesare.
