On November 23, 2019 took place the 2019 edition of TEDxYouth@Cluj, at Cinema Florin Piersic. The theme of this edition was “Find Your Voice” and represented an encouragement for the younger generation to have the courage to express their ideas and to seek their identity.
Why is it so important to do this and how do we find our Voice? We found the answer through the amazing speakers sessions who inspired more than 600 participants. Sore, Cornel Amariei, Ioana Chira, Robert Zicman, Andrei Nistor, Anca Gaidoș, Mihai Hînda, Matei Dima, Ana Maria Butura, Ovidiu Tuduruță, Ruxandra Mercea and Virgil Ianțu were the ones who got on the TEDxYouth@Cluj stage and transformed an ordinary Saturday day in a day of ideas and words that have given us the necessary strength to transform yesterday’s dreams into today’s achievements. And all we need to bring our dreams to life is to find our voice.

TEDxYouth@Cluj was the ideal context for each participant to be convinced that they must trust the choices made, as these are the ones that shape us and that we just have to listen to the voice inside us to know that we have made the right decision.
But where do we find this voice? We have learned that we find it in the love for oneself and the love we offer to others regardless of the environment they come from. We have learned that we find our inner voice when we are better, when we offer, when we trust our own forces and those around us, without judging and always willing to be there for each other. It is important to do what we love, with love and passion. Let us not forget that this involves a lot of work, discipline, healthy values in behaviour, commitment and responsibility, but at the same time it is our duty to fulfil our dreams.
It was a pleasure to be part of this wonderful event dedicated to younger generation and we plan to repeat the experience in 2020! 😊
